Tim Giovanelli: Congregation Pastor

Tim is from Sydney but has spent the last 6 years living in Africa, working in the UK and studying at Regent College in Canada. Tim's passion is seeing the good news of the gospel getting hold of people's lives and the transforming effect this has. When not at the church you can usually find Tim having a surf, eating with friends or stuck in traffic.

John & Allie Beckett: Elders

JB and Allie love seeing people ENGAGE with God, with each other and with the world around them so they are excited about being involved in a church that is passionate about those three things. JB works for African Enterprise and Allie is retraining to be a teacher and works two days a week as the Children's Worker here at Northside. She is passionate about the kids being excited about being part of our church and a part of God's family.

Andrew & Megan Mason: Elders

Andrew and Meg Mason have been back in Sydney for three years, after five years in London where they attended St Pauls Hammersmith. They live in Crows Nest, with daughters Ava (4) and Daphne (2) and are excited about the launch of Northside's evening service. They will be able to walk to church, which means they will always be late...not least because there are about six good cafes on the way.

Steve & Claire Bernard: Worship & Creative Arts

Steve and Claire were married in January. They will both be involved in worship and creative arts ministries at Northside and are passionate about helping people encounter God through worship. Claire works at clothes label Two Salty which she owns and manages www.twosalty.com

Tim & Jo Kay

Tim, Jo and their wonderful son Elijah (2) have just spent the last year in Russia, learning the language and training in missions. Jo works part-time at Northside supporting the new congregation. They are both passionate about praying for people and seeing them rise up into who they are called to be in Jesus.

Sid and Jennie Grindley

Sid and Jennie have been married for 30 years and have 3 adult children. Sid is the Senior Pastor at Northside Baptist Church and has a passion to see healthy growing churches where individuals can learn together and develop as followers of Jesus. He is regularly involved at Northside PM in the band and is available for pastoral care.
